Remote support

AVT offer the possibility of remote support for leak testing machines. 

This enables you to get quick and cost effective support for the machine, anywhere in the world.

We use preferably a device called Secomea which enables an industrial certified secure connection to the machine network. Connection is possible over either a fixed Ethernet connection, or by using a mobile 4G connection.

By using remote support our experienced engineers can provide support, diagnostics, monitoring, perform changes and control system upgrades. 

With a Secomea device installed we can access the PLC, PC with RxScada / HMI system and other peripherals.
